Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OurTime mobile application ("App"), operated by OurTime ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use OurTime. The App contains mature content including questions of a sexual and intimate nature intended for adult couples. By using the App, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

2. Description of the App

OurTime is a conversation card app designed for couples. It provides curated questions across categories including intimacy, connection, self-reflection, and desire. Questions are intended to spark meaningful conversations between consenting adults.

3. User Accounts

You may use OurTime without an account, but creating an account allows you to sync your favorites and session history across devices. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

OurTime offers the following subscription plans:

  • Free: Access to a limited set of non-premium questions. Limited to 30 cards total, then 10 cards per day.
  • Monthly Premium: Full access to all questions, unlimited swipes, and offline mode.
  • Annual Premium: Full access to all questions, unlimited swipes, and offline mode.

All subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may cancel through iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App if you are under 18 years of age
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the source code of the App
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers

6. Intellectual Property

All content in OurTime, including questions, text, design, graphics, and software, is the property of OurTime and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Content Disclaimer

The questions in OurTime are intended to facilitate conversation between consenting adults. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OurTime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
